At First Play Athletics, all products are custom-made and printed specifically for each order.

Because our merchandise is produced on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Ordering the wrong product

Sizing Responsibility

Please carefully review all product descriptions and sizing charts before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to compare the sizing chart to a similar garment you currently own before placing your order.

All merchandise is custom-produced upon order. First Play Athletics is unable to offer
refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing issues resulting from customer selection.
Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size prior to purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at firstplayathletics@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect or error

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
